Product Delivery

All digital license products purchased through BestDigitalLicense.com will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. (PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS). Delivery times may vary depending on system load and order volume, but licenses are typically sent to your email within 2 to 4 hours.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty terms for each product are clearly stated on the individual product pages. Please note that warranty periods and usage conditions may vary depending on the product. We encourage you to carefully review the product description before making a purchase to understand the warranty and usage limitations.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

• All products can be used for the duration specified on the product page, unless otherwise noted by the respective company policies.

Special Notes for WordPress Products

• WordPress plugin installations are handled by our team since they do not require a license key. To proceed with installation, you will need to provide your WordPress admin panel login credentials.
• WordPress themes and plugins are installed once per website for free. Any subsequent installations on the same website will incur additional license fees.
• For security purposes, we recommend that you back up your website before we proceed with any WordPress installations.

Product Usage Guidelines

• Products delivered as license keys (such as Windows, Office, Antivirus, etc.) must be activated within 12 hours of receipt. BestDigitalLicense.com is not responsible for keys that are not activated within this timeframe.
• Lifetime WordPress plugins and themes are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• For products delivered as accounts or keys, warranty or support is only provided for the first successful login or activation.
• For account-based products, we strongly advise that you clear your browser cookies and data, and change your IP address before logging in.
• We do not recommend using a VPN to access account-based products, as this may lead to account suspension or issues. BestDigitalLicense.com is not responsible for any risks associated with the use of VPNs.
